Shipping and Tracking:
The entire procedure typically requires up to 10 full business days before your order is ready for shipment. We understand the anticipation associated with awaiting a new purchase and we aim to keep you informed throughout. Therefore, you can expect to receive a tracking number shortly after your order leaves our facility, providing you with the ability to monitor its journey to your doorstep.
Order Complexity and Size:
It’s important to note that while our standard lead time is up to 10 business days, the complexity and size of orders may sometimes necessitate additional time. However, in certain circumstances where cancellation is not possible, we can instead provide store credit. This allows you to allocate the amount paid towards future purchases, ensuring that your investment with us remains valid and valuable.
